In the Conceptual Phase, alongside with the feasibility and economic feasibility part, the project has been studied and the way for the basic designer part is provided.

In the Basic Engineering Phase, the design criteria for instrumentation and control systems, as well as the architecture of the control system for the processing function, and the system functions has been prepared and are the way of the FFED phase.
