Petroelectric Energy Development Company was registered under the number 1774 in the office of the general registration of documents and real estate of Bushehr in 1998 with legal personality of certain joint stock companies. The company have been established, aiming to provide engineering and construction services in the field of design, management, preparation and implementation of great projects and started their official activities based on the skilled and experienced expert forces in the field of oil & gas and the ability to provide high-quality materials and within a short period of time, it achieved significant growth and development.

Based on 20 years of experience and using experienced managers and experts with the development and promotion of mercenary systems and having extensive support of equipment and machinery, has been able to manage, design and implement large national projects and plays a role in the reconstruction and development of the country's infrastructure.
